Six of the seven use a syrup we make here rather than one poured from a bottle. Hot or iced, oat milk on request.
Making the syrups
They are cooked in small batches in the cafe, which is why the fig one costs a dollar more and why some of them run out. If the board says we are out of something, we are out of it.
